Social Casino is a free-to-play social game for entertainment only. It is not gambling and does not offer real-money betting, wagering, or prizes.

Gold Coins are a virtual in-game currency. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred, sold, or cashed out for money or anything of real value. Buying coins is a purchase of a limited license to use them inside the game and grants no right to a refund except where required by law.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Social Casino. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or close accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. One account per person. Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

Game outcomes are provably fair and generated on our servers. You may verify any round on our Provably Fair page. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, create multiple accounts, abuse bonuses, or interfere with the service or other players. We may reverse coins gained through such activity and suspend offending accounts.

Coin purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. All sales are final. Prices and coin packages may change at any time. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

We provide the service “as is” and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Casino is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Because coins have no monetary value, our total liability to you for any claim is limited accordingly.
